In the process of replacement, attention must be paid to the specification and model of the spring. The specification and model of the spring are confirmed by three items: color, outer diameter and length. Only when the three items are the same can the spring be replaced. The quality of imported spring is better.

3: During the use of the die, the punch is easy to break, bend and gnaw, and the punch sleeve is generally gnawed. The damage of the punch and the punch sleeve is generally replaced with parts of the same specification. Punch parameters mainly include working part size, installation part size, length size, etc.

4: Fasten the parts, check whether the fastening parts are loose or damaged, and replace the parts with the same specification.

5: Pressing parts such as pressing plate, Uri glue, etc., unloading parts such as stripper plate, pneumatic ejector, etc. During maintenance, check the relationship between parts and whether they are damaged, repair the damaged parts, check the pneumatic jacking material for air leakage, and take measures for specific conditions. Replace the air pipe if it is damaged. Focus on tracking and testing several important parts of the mold: the function of ejecting and guiding parts is to ensure the opening and closing movement of the mold and the ejecting of the plastic parts. If any part of the mold gets stuck due to damage, it will lead to production halt. Therefore, keep the lubrication of the mold ejector pin and guide pillar (select appropriate lubricant) regularly, and check whether the ejector pin and guide pillar are deformed and damaged on the surface regularly. Once found, replace them in time; After a production cycle is completed, the working surface, moving and guiding parts of the mold shall be coated with professional antirust oil, especially the protection of the elastic strength of the parts with gears, rack mold bearings and spring molds, to ensure that they are always in working condition; With the continuous production time, the cooling channel is easy to deposit scale, rust, sludge and algae, which makes the section of the cooling channel smaller and the cooling channel narrower, greatly reducing the heat exchange rate between the coolant and the mold, and increasing the production cost of the enterprise. Therefore, attention should be paid to the cleaning of the channel; For the hot runner mold, the maintenance of the heating and control system is particularly important to prevent production failures.
